Agents: How to use Bulk Plant in the Fields tab

Learn how to efficiently manage Bulk Planting in AgriNet on the Fields tab. This guide provides a clear walkthrough for updating bulk plant details and assigning insured parties to your records.

Agrisompo

Navigate to [AgriNet](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy) and sign in using the Duo push process.

Select the correct reinsurance year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and key the policy number or insured's name to search.

From the policy column on the left, click the correct policy under the insureds name to work in.

Click the "Edit" button under in the commodities box.

Click the "Edit" button next to the Line to add field acres to.

Click the "Fields" tab from the left column.

Using Bulk Plant Feature

Click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down and click the "Bulk Plant" option.

Click the "Plant Date" field, and key the date the fields were planted.

To use the field acres, click the "Use Field Acres" radio button.

Click the radio button next to the "FSN" to select all fields on the screen at one time.

Changing one field to Prevent Plant

To alter one field, click the radio button to "uncheck" it.

Then click the "PP" button, to apply Prevent Plant.

Then, click the radio button again to apply the acres to it.

**NOTE:** The acres have been re-applied, and the "PP" button is dark blue, and no date is visible.

Click the "Save & Update Line" button.

Click the "Exit Bulk Plant" button.

**NOTE:** AgriNet has auto-created a temporary line for the PP acres and has moved them. Only planted acres will now show on this line.

Click the "Gear" icon to add shares, make a line uninsurable, or denote precision ag acres.

Click "Add Share" to expand the share options.

If field is shared with an existing policyholder, link them here.

Once all edits have been made, click the "Save & Update Line" button.

Click the "Close" button.

**NOTE:** The planted line has acres and plant date visible, while the temporary PP line is now showing as well.
