Agents: Inviting an Insured to AgriSompo Cloud Connect

This guide shows agents how to create or verify an insured’s AgriNet Connect Account ID and then send a Cloud Connect invitation so the insured can link their PrecisionAg cloud to AgriSompo. It clarifies where to enter account details, set sign/receive dates, edit account info, and which policy screens and buttons to use to send the invite. Follow it to ensure the correct email receives the connection link and avoid invitation errors.

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy>

Use the "Search Insured or Policy" bar to locate the insured.

At the insured level, check that the grower’s AgriNet Connect Account ID (Web Account) is established before proceeding.

If a Web Account needs to be set up, proceed to the next step. If an account already exists, skip to the *Cloud Connect Invitation* section of this Scribe.

AgriNet Connect Account ID

At the insured level, click on the "Actions" tab and then on "Add Web Account".

Enter the insured’s chosen username. Include the first name, last name, and the email address the insured wants associated with the AgriNet Connect Account ID. Click "Save" when finished.

The "AgriNet Connect Account ID" email will be displayed on the policy level. The account information can be edited by clicking the "Edit" icon.

Cloud Connect Invitation

At the policy level, click on the "Mapping" icon.

Click "PrecisionAg"

Click "Invite to Cloud Connect"

Click "Send Invite" to invite the insured to connect their cloud with AgriSompo. The invitation email is sent to the email address associated with the **AgriNet Connect Account ID** on the insured’s home page in AgriNet.

The email shown below will be sent to the insured with a link to complete the setup.

If the insured does not have an AgriNet Connect Account, the following message will appear. If this is the case, view the "Setting up the AgriNet Connect Account ID" section of this Scribe.
