Agents: Keying Margin Coverage Option (MCO) Endorsement

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

Start by selecting the correct crop year to work in.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and key either policy number or insured's name to search.

Select the Estimate/Policy from the policy column of the left to add the endorsement to.

Click the "Edit" button from the Commodities box.

Click the "Actions" button.

Click the "Add Coverage" option from the drop-down list.

Select the Commodity to add the endorsement to.

From the Insurance Type, click "Supplemental Coverage" to add an endorsement to the MPCI coverage.

If there is more than one commodity on the policy, choose the correct coverage from the "Attach to Insurance" drop-down list.

Verify that all keyed information is correct, and then click "Create".

From the Plan drop-down box, select the "Margin Cov Opt - Rev Prot" option.

Select a Trigger Level percentage from the drop-down list.

If an application has already been filled out and signed, key the Sign Date boxes and the Signing Agent from the available drop-down boxes. If there's not a signed application, then click "Save".

After Saving, from the right hand upper corner, click "Close"

From the Crop Summary page, click the printer icon from the blue bar to print an pre-populated application to get signed.

From the Application & Policy Changes tab on the left, scroll down and click "MPCI Application" from the option available on the right.

The radio button will be defaulted to "Create Populated Form", make any other selections at this time, then click "Run Report".

Once generated, the Run Report bar will turn green. Click "Download .pdf" to download a pdf version of the application.

Once downloaded and viewed, the Application will be pre-populated with all keyed information. Review with insured and obtain signatures.
