Agents: Organizing and Processing Cloud Connect Data

This guide shows how to find, review, and process My John Deere Cloud Connect data in AgriSompo’s dashboard so you can convert raw field operations into usable Precision Layers. It explains where to run the “Cloud Connect Data Available” report, how to locate and filter operations, select multiple files for batch processing, and track processed data under Archived. Follow the refresh and insured-selection tips to capture new operations and avoid duplicates.

Available Cloud Connect Data Report

Navigate to [https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/dashboard](https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/dashboard)

Click "Reports"

Click "Underwriting"

Click "Cloud Connect Data Available"

This report identifies which insureds have My John Deere data available, allowing you to review and process the data as needed.

Data Upload

Use the "Search Insured or Policy" field to locate the insured by name or policy number.

Click on the policy number.

Click the "Mapping" icon.

Click "Tools"

Click "Precision Ag"

Click "Precision Ag Data Upload"

Click the Cloud Connect Tab at the top of the window. This window displays all available Cloud Connect data ready for processing. Use the arrows next to each column header to sort the data, or use the drop‑down menus beneath each header to filter the results.

Select the checkbox next to the operation data you want to process, then click "Process Selected". The selected operation data will be processed and returned as a Precision Layer.

Tip: All operations submitted at the same time for processing are returned as a single Precision Layer. For example, if multiple corn planting operations are selected together, the resulting Precision Layer will include all corn planting data.

After the data has been selected and processed, it will appear under *Archived*. This allows you to track which data has already been selected and submitted for processing.

By Selecting "Refresh Operations", the system will check to see if there are any new Field Operations for the My John Deere account for the corresponding grower. It will also retrieve any new Field Operations that are discovered. **Note:** If new field Operations are found and retrieved the following success message will display: **New Field Operations have been found and downloaded**. If no new Field Operations are found, the following success message will display: **No new Field Operations were found**.

To select a different insured, use the drop‑down menu in the upper‑right corner.
