Before generating a book or report, ensure that all acreage lines are updated so the most current and accurate data is reflected.

Printing from Mapping

Open the desired policy and click on the Mapping Icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

In Mapping: click "Printing" from the top toolbar. Choose the document to be printed from the list.

Printing from AgriNet

Open a policy and select the "Printer" icon.

Choose "Mapping Forms" from the list on the left.

Choose the document to be printed. `Production Repo..."`

Map Books, Field Books, and Pocket Books

Select how the printed document should be sorted and any additional print options. If there are multiple seasons on the policy, select which season to print.

Tip! Excluding Record Pages when they are not needed can significantly reduce the length of the book.

Field labels selected in "Map Display Settings" will appear on all printed documents unless "Use Custom Labels" is selected on the Print Wizard. This option will allow the user to customize labels for the document being printed. Keep the box next to "Use Custom Labels" unchecked if no custom labeling is needed.

Review the insured name to display on the printed document.

Click "Run Report". The document will then be processed.

Click "Download.pdf" to save and review the document.

Map Based Acreage Reports (MBARs) and Field Based Acreage Reports (FBARs)

Select how the printed document should be sorted and any additional print options. If there are multiple seasons on the policy, select which season to print.

Select the number of Added Land Pages to include. To send the document to Imaging, select the radio button on the left.

Click "Run Report". The document will then be processed.

Click "Download.pdf" to save and review the document.

Tip! To display Precision Shapes on the report, make sure to check the "Display Precision Ag Shapes" option in the Print Wizard. This will ensure that the planted Precision shape appears on the report in place of the RMA CLU shape.

Batch Printing

Selecting to Batch Print from AgriNet: At the insured level, click on the "User" icon at the top of the screen and click on "Empty/Batch Forms"

Click on "Mapping Forms" on the left side. Choose which document you would like to batch print from the right.

Selecting to Batch Print in Mapping: Click on "Printing" at the top of the mapping screen and select one of the batch options.

Select how you would like the report sorted, choose printing options, customize labels, and more.

To send the report to Document Imaging, select the radio button on the left. To ensure reports print correctly with an odd number of pages, select the radio button next to "Create Even Number of Pages". Select whether the batch should be reported by Insured Name or Policy Number.

Generating a Batch for an Entire Agency Code

Enter your agency name or code.

Click the box next to your agency. Note: If the agency has multiple agents, you are able to narrow it down even further by selecting an agent(s).

Click "Run Report"

Generating a Batch for a Selected Few Policies

List the policies with a comma between each one.

Click on Run Report and wait for the Green Complete notification.

Alert! When generating FBARs, you can select up to 5 crops to include in the report.

Retrieving Batch Reports

Click the "Waffle" icon.

Click "Batch/Agency Portal".

Click "Batches".

All the generated batch documents will be listed on this page.

Select the document(s) you would like to open by checking the box on the left.

Click on "View Selected".

Select the document to download, view or email.

Downloading Batch Documents to Computer

Downloading the documents will send them to your downloads folder.

Viewing Batch Documents as a PDF

Click "view" to open the documents in PDF format.

Once the PDF is open, you can be view, download, or print from this screen.

Emailing Batch Documents

Click on "Email" to email the documents.

Type the recipient in the "CC" box, add a message if desired and click on "Send".

Wall Maps

Select how the Wall Map should be displayed, its size, and its orientation. If there are multiple seasons or Acreage Reporting Dates on the policy, select which season to print. Field labels selected in "Map Display Settings" will appear on all printed documents unless "Use Custom Labels" is selected on the Print Wizard. This option will allow the user to customize labels for the document being printed. Keep the box next to "Use Custom Labels" unchecked if no custom labeling is needed. **Note: When creating wall maps, restrict the number of labels to one or two to prevent them from overlapping and cluttering the map. In some cases, leaving the map with no labels may be the most effective option for maintaining clarity.**

Add a map title, check the insured name, and upload an agency logo. **Note: If a map title is not needed, press the spacebar in the map title field to prevent the words "Wall Map" from appearing on the map.**

Click "Run Report". The Wall Map will then be processed.

Click "Download.pdf" to save and review the map.

Ordering Map-Based Documents

Agents can generate and print all items for their insured directly in their office. If assistance with document generation is needed, please fill out the Mapping Order Form.
