This guide provides step-by-step instructions for agents to navigate the AgriNet and submit their annual Conflict of Interest disclosure. Following these steps ensures your compliance reporting is accurately submitted for the required policy year.

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in with your Adjuster username and password using the Duo Push process.

Select the correct year to sign the Conflict of Interest (COI) in.

Click the "Setting Toggle" or the person icon.

Scroll down and Click the "Compliance Reporting" option.

Click the "Conflict of Interest - Individual" option.

Click the correct name from the list, in this instance, "Justin Rexing".

Read all definitions provided to make sure you there is no misunderstandings.

Answer the 11 questions, with additional information needed if you select "Yes" to question 2 and 11.

In the "Digital Signature" portion of the form, check both boxes after reading to confirm all information provided is true and accurate.

Once all information keyed is believed to be true and accurate, click the "Submit" button.

NOTE: When completed and received, a green message will appear in the bottom right of the browser window.
