Quoting: Adding CLIP to Max Estimate

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

TIP! There are two ways to get to the Quoter.

Searching for Policy inside the Quoter

Click the "App Grid" or "Waffle Icon" to open the drop down menu.

Click on "Quoting" to open the quoter and then search for the insured inside the quoter browser.

A new "Quoting" browser window will open. Complete the steps in this browser.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field search bar and key the insured's name or policy number and search.

The insureds name and available rolled policies will populate in the policy column. Select the policy to quote from the policy column.

Entering Quoter From Policy

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and key the insured name or policy number and search.

The insureds name and available rolled policies will populate in the policy column. Select the policy to quote from the policy column. NOTE: A green folder next to the policy number indicates that this is an estimate. The quoter will still use information keyed into AgriNet as the base for the Max Estimate Quote.

From the blue bar in the upper right corner, click on the "graph" icon to go to open the quoter in a new browser window.

Make sure to switch the browser window to the "Quoter" to complete your quote.

Adding CLIP as a Supplemental Coverage

To add CLIP, click the "Actions" button.

Scroll down and click "Add Supplemental Coverage".

Select the "Insurance" drop down box and select the commodity to add CLIP to.

Select the "Supplemental Coverage" drop down box and choose "CLIP".

The "Coverage Level" drop down box will now become visible, select the desired coverage level from the drop down list option. **NOTE:** The Coverage Range will need to be 5% -20% to be eligible for CLIP coverage. If the Coverage Range is showing "0%", it will **NOT** be eligible for CLIP coverage.

**NOTE:** Clicking on the yellow "?" will display a box showing eligible commodities, and options and coverages that are **NOT** available with CLIP.

To elect **ALL** eligible coverages, click the radio button next to "Coverage".

**NOTE:** the "Coverage Range" will populate with the percentage of coverage that CLIP will be covering. Once all desired selections have been made, click the "Save" button.

**NOTE:** The Supplemental Coverages box will populate on the County Commodities screen, showing that CLIP is in effect for the quote. To make any desired edits, click the "Edit" button or blue pencil from the right hand side.

Adding Acres

Click the "Acreage Lines" tab from the upper center of the screen.

Click on the "blue bar" expands the available acreage lines for the county/crop.

Repeat the above step for each county/crop available to see all available acreage lines.

Click inside the "Acres" box to key acres for each individual line if desired. Or click the "Actions" button to add Prior Year's acres, **OR** to add a same value to each line available.

Scroll down and click "Use a Prior Year's Acres" to open a sub menu to elect the CY to use. The quoter will pull the policy acres from that CY and copy them to the corresponding lines to match.

Another option is the Copy Value option. Scroll down the menu to click on "Copy Value".

A pop out menu will appear with the "Acres" and "Insured Share" boxes default. Make any desired changes and then click the down arrow under "Select Coverages". NOTE: The quoter will apply the acres and Insured value select to each individual line pulled in from the policy.

Click the radio button next to the County/Crops desired. One or all can be selected. NOTE: this process can be repeated to apply a different acreage and/or share amount to another county/crop.

Once all desired selections have been made, click the "Save" button.

NOTE: All "Acres" and "Share" boxes have been populated.

Once all information has been keyed, click the "Quote" button from the upper right corner.

Results Tab and Printing

The "Results" tab will now populate, showing information on the screen.

To print with a Total Less Premium Credit, click the "Gear" next to the Print button, then the radio button next to "Total Premium Less Credit".

Click the "Print" button to generate a downloadable .pdf version of the quote.

Once the quote generates, click the green "Download .pdf" button and a .pdf will be downloaded to your computer.

The .pdf can be printed, emailed, or saved to another location on your computer that has all the information for the producer listed.

After opening the Max Estimate in a .pdf viewer, the summary page will show that CLIP has been added to the commodities elected.

If the CLIP coverage has a "$0" amount. Take the sum of Total Coverage and multiply by .10 or 10%. That is the total that each commodity must be above. RMA - The policyholder must have two or more underlying RP policies in the same county, each with at least 10% of the total crop liability to qualify for CLIP. In the Example below, the Barley would need to have a minimum liability of **$7,957.** to be eligible for CLIP.
