This guide provides a step-by-step process for generating a Max Estimate quote on the Agrinet. **NOTE:** If the “Use Share for Per Acre Calculations”\*\* box is unchecked, the system will calculate the Max Estimate using a 100% share for each line. This also applies to any supplemental coverages added to the policy. However, this does **NOT** apply to endorsements or private products—they will continue to quote using the line’s actual share.

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and log in.

After logging in, select the "App Icon"

Click "Quoting"

Searching by Insured Name or Policy Number

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and search by policy number or insured name.

Under the insured name on the left, select the policy to be quoted.

Checking User Preferences

From the Quoting "Home" page, click the "Settings Toggle"

From the drop down list, click "User Preferences".

Click the "Max Estimate" tab from the left column, then make any desired changes to the screen. After making new selections, make sure to scroll down the screen and click "Save" from the bottom.

Updating elections on the County Commodities screen

The policy plan, coverage level, options, and unit structures will auto-populate as they are set up on the policy. To add or change, click on any of the drop down boxes to make any changes necessary. Select the drop down arrow from the right to choose an enterprise type of unit structure.

Adding Acres to a Max Estimate

Select the acreage lines tab to see the lines available to add acres to key each individual box, or select the "Actions" tab to apply prior years acres or the "Copy Value" function which will add a determined amount of acres across each line that has been selected.

Select the "Actions" tab to get a list of various option available to modify the quote or save it.

Printing the Max Estimate

After selecting "Quote", the "Results" tab will populate. Select the "Print" icon to get a downloadable .pdf that can be saved and printed.

After selecting the "Print" button the green "Download .pdf" button becomes available.

After opening the .pdf the Max Estimate will show for the insured.
