Click the dropdown button.

Scroll down to Oregon or type it into the field. Click on Oregon.

Click "State Law (PDF)"

This will open the PDF in a new browser window. After reviewing the PDF, click on your browser window in your taskbar.

This will show you both window that are open. Click back into the course window.

You should now be able to progress to the next page of the course.
