How to import Documents

This is a step-by-step guide to importing files and converting them into Scribes or Pages. It's ideal for new users with existing documentation that needs to be migrated without having to recreate content from scratch.

Google Chrome

From your Workspace, click on the "new" button..

Click here on "Import docs"

Click on the arrow to open the dropdown menu to choose the import outcome

You can either let AI determine the document outcome type based on its structure or choose between Scribe and Page.

Drag the document or browse your local folder to select it

Choose the file and click on open

It will take a couple of seconds to convert the file.

Once completed, you can click on it to open it, or use the shortcut buttons to copy the link to share, duplicate it, or close.

You can edit the new document with all the known editing options

You can also share it as usual
