How to Withdraw Funds

This guide walks you through withdrawing money from your ACL wallet and the one-time setup of a Payment Labs account if needed. It explains where to find withdraw controls, how to verify via email and two-factor codes, and how to complete onboarding. It also covers choosing instant or bank transfers and entering payment details so funds reach you securely.

Tap your profile icon in the top left

Tap "Withdraw" in the side menu

Select amount wanted to withdraw and withdrawal method

Select "Send Verification Code"

Input verification code from email into prompt

If this is your first time withdrawing from the ACL wallet, you will have to set up a Payment Labs Account, follow the how-to below.

Tap on the Payment Labs email link

It will take you to a browser where you will sign in to your ACL Account

Once into the ACL web app, scroll down

Create a password and tap "Submit"

Payment Labs will send another email with a verification code, input it into the "Two-Factor Code"

Tap here.

Begin the onboarding process by tapping "Select Payment Information"

Select "Individual" and tap "Continue"

Fill out the fields with the proper information

When finished tap "Continue"

Depending on you you want to receive your money select "Instant Transfer" or "Bank Transfer." Select the checkbox, and tap "Continue

Input your Debit Card information or Bank Account information and wait for processing. Any issues contact acl support.
