How to Register for Classes in Self Service

Navigate to the Nicolet College website ([nicoletcollege.edu](https://nicoletcollege.edu)) and click on MyNicolet. This will bring you to your MyNicolet portal. Sign in with your credentials if prompted.

Click on Self Service

Click on "Student Planning".

Under "View Your Progress", click "Go to My Progress".

The courses that you still need to take for your program will be listed. Please click on the 6 digit course number of the course you wish to register for.

Filter by term on the left.

Click "View Available Sections" underneath the course.

Choose the section of the course you would like, then click "Add Section to Schedule".

Click "Add Section".

Click "Back to My Progress". Choose other courses to add, if you would like.

Once you have finished adding courses, click "Student Planning" at the top of the My Progress page.

Click "Plan and Schedule".

Click "Advising".

You will need to write a note to your Success Coach to tell them your courses are ready to be reviewed. When you have finished, click "Save Note" at the bottom. Then, click the "Request Review" button near the top right hand corner of the screen.

Once your coach has approved courses, you will need to click Schedule and view your schedule. If a course has been approved, it will be green and you can click the blue "Register" button under the course. If a course is red, that course has been denied and your coach may have suggested you take a different course instead.
