How to adjust roster limits and/or extend the deadline for ONE team

This guide shows exactly how to change roster composition rules and reopen check-in for a single team without affecting the whole event. It explains each roster-limit field (total players, club pass, guest/other-club, other-team totals), gives scenarios to set the combined caps correctly, and details how to enter an extended deadline (Eastern time, MM/DD/YYYY + time). Follow it to safely apply and save targeted overrides.

Click inside the text box for "Total players on Roster:" 1. This is where you list how many TOTAL players are permitted on the roster.

Click inside the text box for "Maximum Number of Club Pass:" 1. This is the total number of Club Pass players that are permitted on the roster (some clubs don't have a CP limit, so it will be the same as the Total players on Roster number). 2. US Club doesn't have a club pass program because all athletes are rostered and carded to the club, not specific teams. They're able to add "club pass" players to their official roster, so that will be 0 when US Club is the chosen Sanctioning Body/State Association.

Click inside the text box for "Maximum Number of Players from Other clubs:" 1.) This is for GUEST players outside of your club, except US Club teams.\ if the team you're expanding limits for is US Club and there isn't a limit to the guest players from WITHIN their club (if SINC is reviewing your files, our team will make sure there aren't multiple team rosters in the upload).

Click inside the text box for "Maximum Number of Players from Other teams:" 1. This number is the total number of players who are NOT part of the official team roster (either from within the club or outside the club).

Click inside the text box for "Maximum Number of Players from Other teams:" Scenario 1: You're allowing five Club Pass players and three Guest players, and you'll allow ALL of those athletes, then your Maximum Number of Players from OTHER teams will be EIGHT.

Click inside the text box for "Maximum Number of Players from Other teams:" Scenario 2: Alternatively, if you'll allow five Club Pass players, three Guest players, but they CANNOT exceed five, then your Maximum Number of Players from OTHER teams will be FIVE.

Click inside the text box for "Maximum Number of Players from Other teams:" Scenario 3: If EITHER of your Maximum Number of Club Pass players or Guest players is the same as the Total players on the Official Roster, your Total Players is the number you'll here.

To reopen OnLine Check-in for ONE team without opening it for ALL teams, click inside the text box for "Extended Deadline:" 1. ALL deadlines here are set in the EASTERN time zone. Adjust accordingly for your event's time zone, or the time zone of the team's state. 2. The date must be entered MM/DD/YYYY format, with a space following the data, THEN the time. 3. You may enter a standard 12-hour clock (AM/PM) or Military clock (24-hour).\ ***EXAMPLE 1*** - Using a 12-hour clock, this is how you'll enter the deadline:\ \ **11/30/2026 8:00 PM**\ \ ***EXAMPLE 2*** - Using Military time:\ \ **11/30/2026 20:00**

Once you have made the updates for your Roster Limits and/or the Extended Deadline, click "Save Overrides" to implement them.
