Uploading your Roster PDF to load players

This guide shows how to quickly import a PDF roster into the event site and mark which coaches and players will attend, saving you manual entry. It also explains how to verify or adjust participating athletes and coaches, finish required tasks, and contact support if anything goes wrong. Follow it to streamline check-in and ensure your roster is accurate.

Make sure your Association is Selected. Click Upload Team Document.

Click Browse to locate the pdf of your roster on your device. This will load your roster for you.

Click the boxes next to the coaches and players that will be attending the event.

Scroll down and click "Add Checked to Event Roster".

Open the Participating Roster Task and make sure the correct athletes are listed. (To add players, remove players, mark players as club pass or guest players, open the Participating Athletes & Coaches Task.) Then, Click the blue arrow to complete each task.
