Adding team level requests to the MASTER page and Pre-Seeding page

This guide explains how to display teams' self-reported level on the MASTER and Pre-Seeding pages by identifying the application question that stores level answers and selecting it in TOOLS. It warns that checkbox-type questions cause multiple selections and must be changed to dropdown/radio only with Tech Support involvement (and a fee) to avoid erasing existing responses.

From your tournament page, activate the admin icon > Click "MASTER"

Find the application question that asks teams for their level by clicking the eye icon.\ You only need to click one of them.

This pop-up window will appear. It shows: 1. level1 Mid Level 2. level2 Beginning Level 3. level3 This only occurs when the application question is set up with checkboxes (teams may select multiple options). It should be set up as a dropdown or radio button so they may only enter one response. The application questions CANNOT be modified in any way (other than the actual question, e.g., event year is listed as 2025 and needs to be 2026). If there are any structural changes (to the options), it will erase ALL team responses. Tech Support must be involved to preserve and maintain the integrity of the answers already supplied by the teams. There is a fee for this service. The level request question number, however, is #1. Close this window by clicking the red "x" inside the red circle.

Click the "TOOLS" tab to proceed.

In the Application Question dropdown, select the question number determined to hold the level request answers. In this case, question one.

Click "Save Level Request"

Now you'll see the level requests on the MASTER and on the Pre-Seeding page (see Scheduling System).
