Uploading or Replacing a Tournament Flyer

This guide quickly shows how to upload or replace a tournament flyer on the USFA events list, covering where to find your event, how to select and upload the image, and how to save changes. It also notes the common cache issue and the fix if the new flyer doesn’t appear immediately.

From the USFA National Site, Click "Events by State."

Click the state you wish to view events in.

Once you've selected the state, the event list will show. Locate your event and click the "Details and Flyer" edit button.

Browse for your image and click Upload.

Once your image is selected and you've updated any details you desire, click "Update details."\ \ Your flyer image should update immediately, but if it doesn't, you may need to clear your browser's image cache.
