Navigate to [https://aw.myschoolapp.com/](https://aw.myschoolapp.com/app/parent#featuredcontent)

Click "Calendar"

Consider which calendars you want to see. You can unclick any you don't want to see, and click on the ones you want. If you have multiple students, you can manage each student separately. You can also scroll to the bottom for the All School Calendars.

Click the 🛜 button

Once on the calendar feed window, select the calendar(s) you want to add to your own system's calendar. You can see your options by scrolling down to each student or the overall "School Calendars."

You can drill down in each type Calendar Type grouping (student/School, etc.), by clicking on "Individual Filter Feeds"

You can see that the top option is the "Entire Calendar" or you can choose each individual calendar under the "individual filter feeds.". For students these include assignments, schedule, games/practices, etc. For School calendars - School, Lower, Middle, Upper or School Athletics.

Once you decide on the calendar you wish to connect to your personal calendar, right-click on the blue hyperlink for that calendar. *The instructions are a the top: "To subscribe to the feeds below, right click the link for the desired feed and click the Copy Link Address option. Events for the past 2 months and the upcoming 12 months will be included in your feed. It may take up to an hour for any setting changes to be reflected in your external calendars."*

Click "Copy Link Address"

Then click "Save".

**Tips for How to Manipulate the Links for Different Types of Calendars**

Tip! When you paste the hyperlink into a new web browser, you have three ways to use the copied link: **webcal:/**/aw.myschoolapp.com/podium/feed/iCal.aspx... - For calendars that use ical: \ Replace "**webcal**" with "**ical**": **ical:/**/aw.myschoolapp.com/podium/feed/iCal.aspx... - For a desktop Outlook calendar or any other calendar that requires an .ics file:\ Replace "**webcal**" with "**https**": **https:/**/aw.myschoolapp.com/podium/feed/iCal.aspx... this will download a CalExport.ics file to your downloads - For an online Outlook calendar or other online calendars that need webcal:\ Use the default link that appears **webcal:/**/aw.myschoolapp.com/podium/feed/iCal.aspx...

**For a desktop Outlook or other system that uses .ics files:**

Go the the Calendar and click 'Add Calendar'

Click "Import ICS..."

Click "Browse"

Find the CalExport.ics file and click "Open"

Note how many events will be imported. If you are ok importing them, click "Import"

**For an online calendar (like Outlook) or other system that uses webcal files:**

Click "Add calendar"

Click "Subscribe from web"

Click the "Example: webcal://www.contoso.com/calendar.ics" field.

Copy the webcal address by clicking press [[cmd]] + [[v]]

Select the color

Click the "Calendar name" field and add a name for the calendar you are bringing in.

Select an Icon if you want.

Click "Add to" drop down and select which calendar group you want to add this calendar to:

Click "Import."
