Leverage MyShoppers to Send Messages

You can find step-by-step details on how to leverage the Poshmark My Shoppers clienteling function to send messages to relevant users on the platform, who have previously interacted with your closet. This can be a great way to notify loyal shoppers of news in your closet, and to drive repeat purchases!

Navigate to [https://poshmark.com/](https://poshmark.com/)

Click the Home button on the top right corner.

Click "My Shoppers"

Scroll to the My Shoppers row and select "View All"

This will generate a list of all Poshmark users who have interacted before with your closet: Likers, Bundlers, and Buyers.

You can filter using this filter drop-down if you'd like to only message a subset of these Shoppers.

Click "Select All" to engage with the Shoppers on your list. Tip: The Select All button will only select the Shoppers that have loaded on your list on the page. To ensure that you maximize the number of Shoppers that are included, make sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and load as many users as possible!

Click "Add Comment To Bundle"

Add the message that you'd like to send to your users in the comment box. For example: Hi all! We just received an exciting new shipment of Dior, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton product this week. We're super thrilled to have several Lady Dior bags available for purchase. They are selling fast though, so come check them out in our closet! Tip: These messages are evergreen, and will stay within a user's Bundle for your closet. As a result, it is important that you change the content of each message, so that users don't feel like you are spamming them, but rather providing them with relevant information!

Click Submit to send the message to the selected users.
