Offers and Commissions Tab in Command.

Navigate to your opportunities and select the opportunity you would like to work on.

Click "Offers & Commissions"

Click "Add New Offer" NOTE: This Tab has 2 parts. Part one is putting in the OFFER. Then we have ACCEPT the offer and work on the commission. So for this part we are just adding the "OFFER"

Start typing the Property address. You can even rename the Offer name if you want to.

Select the address you need.

Select the Property Type.

Select the Classification of the property.

You can select if the buyer is Pre- Approved or Pre- Qualified

Add the Sellers Name

Add the Sellers Agent Name

Fill in the Sales Price. You don't have to note how much they are financing and how much cash they are putting down. The sales price is what matters.

Add how much earnest money they are using.

Add the Contract Date (NOT the offer date)

Add the Closing Date

Here you can add any Contingencies or comments if you want. This area is more so if you were the listing agent and you had multiple offers on your listing, you could add all the offers you have received and compare and contrast them to help your seller decide which one to choose. But this area is not necessary.

If you are adding multiple offers you will click "Create offer" If this is the only offer and its accepted you will click "Create and Accept Offer"

Now that the offer is accepted we are going to do the actual Commission part. Make sure here all the information is correct.

This is the commission information. Make sure the percentage or the dollar amount is correct.

On the right side of the screen where it says Summary, Make sure everything looks correct. Once everything thing looks correct click Submit and you are done.
