Upload Documents for an Opportunity

Go to your Opportunity you created that you want to upload the documents into.

Click on the "Documents" Tab

Click on the folder you want to upload documents into. Consultation for a buyer or it'll say Listed if a listing. This is where you will upload your buyer brokerage/customer form or if its a listing all of your listing agreements and disclosures. Under Contract to upload your ENTIRE binding contract and ANYTHING else you get signed while you are under contract. We need every and all documents.

Each box has a place holder for that SPECIFIC document. It can only be that document. Everything has to be separated. \ Purchase and sale form goes into purchase and sale, Counter offer form goes into the counter offer place holder and so on. \ If you have all your documents in your DocuSign room you can select this drop down box i have highlighed and it will pull that document from the room in DocuSign (make sure you have refreshed command if you have recently worked in Docusign) If the documents you need are saved in your computer, Notice where you see "attach files from: 'DocuSign'" you will select that and change this to "My computer" and just upload the files into the place holder from your computer.

Select the documents you need for the place holder.

As you see here there is a place for The Sellers Property Disclosure. Doesn't matter if you used the latent defects or the full Sellers Property Disclosure, which ever one you used will go here.

Select the correct document for this place holder. Once you have selected the document, you can click on the document to do a preview mode and make sure you have uploaded the correct one. If it is the wrong one all you need to do is select the 3 dots next to the document, click remove, and upload the correct one.

If you have a Lead Based Paint disclosure upload it here.

If you have a document that doesn't have a place holder like an amendment you can click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner.

Click "Add Document"

Name the document, then Click "Select Document Type"

There is a drop down box with all of your selections to choose from. If you are not sure you can select "other"

It will automatically be on DocuSign but you can click on it to switch to "My computer" If you have the document in your computer and not in DocuSign.

Select whichever one you need.

Click "Save"

Once you have uploaded all of the documents you currently have please "Submit to MC" this is the only way we will be notified you have documents for us to review. Without pushing this button we don't get notified. Once you hit this button you cannot submit any more documents till we have reviewed the ones you have already submitted. So if you have some more coming within the day wait to submit till you have everything. But if you are not getting any more documents till the next day or couple days go ahead and click submit. You can still upload those documents when you get them but the submit button will not be available till they have been reviewed.
