How to Request an Adobe Creative Cloud License at UK

Sometimes things don't just work the way they should, so you may need to request access to the Adobe Licenses again. Follow these steps to better your chances of having the license assigned this time. This would be the case if you are not seeing "Install" or "Download" options, and are instead seeing "Trial" or "Buy"

Microsoft Outlook

Scribe for Windows

Creative Cloud

Microsoft Edge

Navigate to "MyUK.uky.edu"

Enter your LinkBlue ID

Click "Log-In"

Open My Access

Click on Your Name in the top right corner

Click on "My Account"

Click on the "My Access" Tile

Click Remove for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Request Adobe License

Open the Adobe License Request Form. <https://uky.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7NBfLw7G6kjtwnX>

Click "Academic / Instructional"

Select Acrobat Pro (licensed PDF creator/editor).

Select Photoshop.

Select Illustrator.

Select InDesign.

Click the "Tap or click here" button

Agree to the terms and conditions.

Review Confirmation

Once you receive an email from UK ITS...

Open "Adobe Creative Cloud"

Type "@uky.edu" in the Email Address box and click "Continue"

Install the Adobe applications you need!
