Add site to the company. Click [here ](https://www.powwr.com/knowledge/how-to-add-a-new-site)to see the process of adding a site

Now Generate Quotes. Click [here ](https://www.powwr.com/knowledge/how-to-generate-quotes)to see the process of generating quotes

Select the docusign or pdf option for the contract. Get it signed by the customer

Within Customer Details, click on Supply Details

Check that the New Supplies area of Supply details is filled in with all details of the contract. This happens automatically when you generate the contract.

Now, click Documents and then Site Documents

Click Add Document and upload the signed contract and LOA Note: For a docusign upload, make sure you add the summary as well as the main document.

Next, click on Notes and then Site Notes

Click on Add a Note and Note Type as POWWR Manual Submission Note: Please DO NOT choose any other category of note as it may result in a delay in processing Also, any additional information, if required will be communicated by our team using the Notes. So, you must respond with Notes as well.

Finally, click on Progress depending on the commodity, click on New Electricity or New Gas progress

Select Customer Signs and then Submit to POWWR
