From the home page (<https://outreach.ctipractices.com/>), select the “Concerns” button on your top navigation bar.

To open the Concern you wish to add a file to, select the name of the Concern Title.

To add a file, select the "Upload" button in the "Files" section.

You will be prompted to select your file and then upload. After uploading, your file will be listed in the concern and will be available to download as a reference.
