How to create an Outreach account

Follow the below instructions to create an Outreach account.

Go to <https://outreach.ctipractices.com/> and click the "Sign Up" button.

Enter your email address and click the "Continue" button.

Enter a password of choice that meets the requirements. Click "Continue" once you have done so.

Optionally, you will be able to log in to the system faster using fingerprint or facial recognition if your device allows for it. Click "Not on this device" to traditionally log in.

Your Outreach account has been created! You will be prompted to save your first name, last name, and job title on this screen. Please enter your information select the "Save" button once complete. You can edit these at any time in your profile at <https://members.ctipractices.com/account>
