How to view Concerns and what you can expect to do and see on those pages.

From the home page (<https://outreach.ctipractices.com/>), select the “Concerns” button on your top navigation bar.

This will list a table of all Concern files that you have access to at your associated school. The title listed is the link to open the file. Also listed are the date it was submitted, the description (if applicable), the associated student (individual of concern), the school (site), and the person who created the Concern file. We will soon be able to view the risk level on this page as well. To open a Concern, select the name of the Concern Title.

Opening the Concern will list the details and associated information, assessments, files, tasks, and a chat for you and your team.
