How do I complete Skillko Contractor Onboarding?

Follow the activation email you have been sent, or navigate to <https://skillko.com/home/#/app/login> if you have previously activated your Contractor (Partner) account.

Open the Account Setup section by pressing "Click here to open"

If you have been assigned a Client Onboarding Questionnaire, click 'GO' in Step 1 'Complete Questionnaire' You will be taken to the Supply Chain app to complete the questionnaire.

If there is no Supply Chain questionnaire to complete, continue to the other Account Setup steps.

To being creating User Profiles, click "GO" in Step 2.

Enter the individual's details. Account email, First name, Last name, Company, Job Role are mandatory fields. Date of Birth and Mobile number are optional fields.

Once all details have been entered, click "Save changes". This profile has now been added.

Click "Add certificate" to begin adding certificates to this user's profile.

Click "Select a certificate type" to choose the certificate name from our Product Catalogue.

Click this Expiry Date field to add this date. The issue date will default to today's date.

Click "Save changes"

Click "Upload a Certificate"

Use the drag and drop option to upload a physical copy of the certificate (PDF or image file)

Click "Upload" to complete adding the certificate.

Click "Add another certificate" if you need to upload another certificate for this user. Complete the same steps as above to upload the additional certificate.

Click the "Home" button to return to the Account Setup Dashboard.

Click 'Click here to open' to return to the setup steps.

Click Step 4 "Activate profiles"

Click "GO"

Click "Send Activation Invite" to the individuals on your Profiles list. They will receive an email asking them to set their password.

On the dashboard you can also easily add additional users as required by clicking the green "Create Profile" button. You will need to enter their details as in the previous step. Account email, First name, Last name, Company, Job Role are mandatory fields. Date of Birth and Mobile number are optional fields.

You can also upload certificates from the dashboard by clicking "Add Certificates"

Click "Select a profile" to choose the profile you wish to add the certificate to.

Follow the same steps as above to add this certificate information and file.

Click the 'Stare Staff' button on your Dashboard to share the user profiles you have created with your client. Search the dropdown list and click the names of the user profiles you wish to share. Once shared, your client can assign out the relevant onboarding form and induction course(s) to the user.

Click "Home" and "Click here to open" to complete the remaining account setup steps.

Click "Not Right Now" to close this screen. Your Contractor Onboarding is now complete.
