Visit the enhance-d dashboard <https://dashboard.enhance-d.com/en/dashboard>
You'll be prompted to login if you're not already

**Click your initials in the top right** (or it may show a profile photo).

Click the **Clinic settings & connections** tab

Click **Edit profile** next to the clinic or cohort you want to update
You'll only be able to do this if you have the clinic administrator rights.

Update the "Clinic Name" and "Clinic Address" fields

Click "Save changes"
