Adjust Employee Quota Balances(Import Level)-Supervisors

This guide will walk you through the steps of adjusting employee quota balances via our built-in import function.

Navigate to Supervisor Dashboard.

Click "Reports"

Click "Quota Balance"

Select the "All" option.

Select the "Company Pay" option.

Click "Run report"

Click "Export"

Click "Employees"

Click this link.

Select the "Import Employee Quota Excel" option.

Click "browse" and select the file you would like to upload.

Click 'Upload Now'

Tip! If you would like to see if the import worked, follow the steps below!

Navigate back to the Employee Tab and click "Employees".

Next to the employee's name you'd like to check, click this link.

Click "View Quota"

The quota balances will appear!
