In your desktop, click the "OneNote application".

In OneNote, utilize the dropdown menu to select the notebook you want to work with.

Within the notebook, click on the specific section you wish to work with.

In the notebook menu ribbon, click "Draw" to open the stylus menu options.

In the draw menu, click to select the stylus item you want to work with.

After finishing with the stylus tool, click on the "Select objects or type text icon" to switch back to typing text using the keyboard.
