Navigate to the event you want to copy in 25Live

Note: In order to copy an event, you must be listed as the 'Event Owner' (found at the bottom of the event details page).

Click the "More Actions" drop down towards the top of the page.

Click "Copy Event"

Select the Start Date (or first date) of your new event. (Occurrence mapping can be left as 'one-to-one' in most instances.)

Click "Copy Only This Event"

The Event Form will open with all fields filled with the original event's details. Be sure to review each field to ensure the information is accurate for the new event. Tip: we recommend removing the automatically applied 'COPY' from the Event Name.

If the event has multiple dates or times, be sure to open "Manage Occurrences" and review.

Confirm that your preferred locations are selected for the correct dates. Tip: You can click 'View Occurrences' to customize which locations are included for each date of a series.

Reminder: Be sure to review each question on the form to ensure the pre-filled answers apply to the new event.

Save the event as usual and you're done! Copying events this way saves time compared to repeatedly entering recurring events from scratch.
