There is an amount owing on it after cancelling. Determine why.

In this case, it is a VRBO booking and housekeeping fees are applied as a charge, rather than a reservation option. Reservation options will cancel when a booking gets cancelled but charges remain on the cancelled booking.

There has been no deposit paid, and no cancellation fees apply. Open the action menu by clicking on the gear box under the 'CHARGES' menu for the housekeeping service charge you wish to remove.

Click "Delete"

Click "Apply" and double check that the balance of the cancelled stay is now $0.00
