REGISTERING A LICENSE PLATE: Navigate to <https://mwav.parkingattendant.com/mwav/services>

Click "register". Gold Registration is reserved for owners. Silver Registration is for any parking lot. Know how many are available for the unit booked. Bronze is an extra space and is limited to Main Lot.

Click the Licene plate field.

Type the license plate number.

Click the home field and type the number of the unit to narrow down the selection field. Select the unit the license plate is being registered to.

Click this passcode field. Enter the appropriate passcode for the unit selected above that you may find in the markdown under the reservations button that brought you to this SOPs, (e.g. Contractor Charlie = 157938).

Select the date of check-in.

Select the "12:00 PM" option. ALWAYS! Forgetting to set the registration to start at 12:00pm will prevent same day turnover of reservations. Because we cannot backdate this time, if a guest has provided the registration details AFTER 12:00pm on the day of check-in, they cannot be registered for the first night and also be registered for the last night without overlapping the next guest. In this case, send an email to [799janine@gmail.com](mailto:799janine@gmail.com) from [info@conagetaways.com](mailto:info@conagetaways.com) to inform her of an improperly registered vehicle for that night, providing the license plate to her, and register the plate starting the registration tomorrow at 12:00pm. Be proactive in communicating to the guest who has not provided license plates, be prompt in registering vehicles when receive and avoid same day registrations when at all possible.

Select the lenth of stay.

Click the "Contact email" field. Copy and paste the guest email followed by a comma (,) and WITH NO SPACE, type [info@conagetaways.com](mailto:info@conagetaways.com).

Select the "Email & text confirmation" option.

Click "register"

Click "Home" to repeat for the next license plate.

CANCELLING A REGISTRATION: Click "Check Your Usage"

You can also get there from inside a registration (cancelled, future or current) by clicking "Check Your Usage"

Select the home. Type the number to narrow down the list.

Click the "Passcode" field and type the passcode for the unit selected above.

Click "Continue"

Click "Details" beside the license plate you wish to cancel.

If the registration is already canceled, you'll see "Canceled" at the top.

If it is still registered, click "Cancel Parking"

Click the "Enter email or phone…" field. Enter the guest email or phone.

Click "Cancel"
