How to Navigate REMS Dashboard - Club

This dashboard will now serve as the main screen when Club Administrators log into REMS. It has been designed to provide an "Actions at a Glance" view, allowing Club Admin users to quickly see important items requiring attention and access key areas of the system more efficiently. The intent of the dashboard is to reduce the need to navigate through multiple menus to identify outstanding work and provide Club Admins with a centralized view of operational activity within REMS. 17/08/2026

Log into Club Administrator Account

**Navigate** to <https://swimming.canada.sportsmanager.ie/maint.php>

**Log into** your Club Administrator Account.

Dashboard Access

This dashboard will now serve as the main screen after you have successfully logged into your Club Administrator Account.\ \ The dashboard is the same for all Club Administrators. At this time, it is not customizable at an individual staff level. This approach allows for a consistent experience across the country and ensures that all admins have access to the same key operational information.

Clicking on the **Home** button will always redirect you back to this dashboard.

Use the **Search Menu box** to type in the menu option you would like to navigate to.

Tip: Easily favorite items click **clicking the star** next to a menu option. Click the star again to unfavorite an item.

Your "Favorites" will appear at the top of your Navigation Menu for more efficient navigation of menu items.

Summary of Key Activities

**The dashboard provides a summary of key activities and actions requiring your attention.**

Approvals and Invoice Payments are displayed for ***Pending Member Approvals, Transfers Pending Approval,*** *and **Pending Invoice Payments***. You can use the Navigation search bar to navigate to each page, typing the following into the search bar: - *Pending Member Approvals - search for:* **Approve Members** - *Transfers Pending Approval - search for:* **Transfers and Affiliation** - *Pending Invoice Payments - search for:* **Invoicing and Fees**

Registration statistics provide a snapshot of registrations by: - Swimmer - Coach - Official - Other: indicates a member that currently and/or previously was in the **Registrant Transfer Category**. You can view a list of these members by navigating to the View Registrants Page and changing the **Membership Status** filter to "Expired".

Meet Statistics Overview include the following: - Self Registrations Pending Payment - Meet Entries Not Downloaded - Meet Inactive or not yet Sanctioned - Meets Pending Sanction Approval - Credentials for Officials that require Approval
