Logging in to your Admin Account Training Guide - PSO/Club

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for logging in to your admin account in REMS. See Step 1 for support information. 25/08/2026

If you don't know your admin account Username, please contact your PSO or Club Registrar to confirm this information. Enter the Username provided by your PSO or Club Registrar. You can also login using your email address. Click "Login".

You may be asked to verify your login by entering the code sent to your email. Type in the 6 numbers and click "Verify Code".

You can also verify the code by clicking the link in the email.

You will be logged into the REMS home page. Your dashboard options may vary depending on your role.

Forgot Password

Click "Forgot Password".

Enter your Admin Username (Usernames are not case sensitive) and Click "Submit".

Note: Make sure you are entering your Username for the Forgot Password function and not your email address.

If the system finds your information in the system, a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the user account.

If the Username that you entered does not match any in REMS, you will see the message below. Please verify the email address you provided or contact your PSO or Club Regstrar for assistance.

Click the password reset link in your email

Enter and confirm your new password. Click "Submit"
