How to Undo a Permit Cancellation

Click "Permits"

Navigate to the permit you want to undo the cancellation for and Click "View"

Click 'Undo Cancellation'.

In the pop-up window, click 'Undo Cancellation'. You can reverse a cancellation up to one day before the permit expires.

Once the cancellation has been reversed, the permit's status will change from 'Cancellation Scheduled' back to 'Active'. Note: it may take 1-2 minutes before the page fully updates.
