How to Manage Project Access in Acuite

Learn how to navigate your portfolio settings to manage project permissions and user access. This guide provides a walkthrough for adjusting project groups and authentication settings within the Acuite platform.

System Navigation

Navigate to the Acuite Portfolio page: [https://app.acuite.io/portfolio](https://app.acuite.io/portfolio)

Select System Settings from the sidebar menu

Click "Companies"

Search for applicable company in the company search bar

User Selection

Click Expand for the desired company

Click Edit for the specific person you wish to update

Click "Projects"

Click "Add" on required project or use the search function.

Click "Remove" on projects if required.

Access Management

Click the "Select one or more groups" field to assign a permission.

Click "Invite"

Click "Allow login via Acuite authentication" and/or "Allow login via SSO"

Click "Save" and the user will receive a email invite. Alternatively untick "invite" and "Send an email invitation" if no email is required.
