How to request enrollment verification

Current students can access their enrollment verification through MyBGSU. The process of verification varies depending on when in the semester you are requesting it.

If you are requesting enrollment verification for the current semester BEFORE the end of the second week of classes, follow these steps.

Select **Classes & Registration.**

Select **Enrollment Verification** and add the parameters to be included in the Enrollment Verification letter. Select **Submit**.

Once your request is processed you will be able to print your Enrollment Verification. To check if your request has been processed, select **View Request Status**.

If you are requesting enrollment verification for the current semester AFTER the end of the 2nd week, follow these steps.

Select **Go To Clearinghouse**.

Select **Current term** or **All Enrollment**.

Then select **Obtain an enrollment certificate.**
