Open the page you want to update a Column Background Image on, in the Elementor page builder.

Hover over the Column Image Section, and Click on the "Settings" tab (grey box).

Click the "Style" tab in the left sidebar.

Under the "Background" settings, Click on the "Choose Image" input box.

Search for an existing image in the website Media Library, and Click on that image block. Or Upload a new image file to the website.

Once the new image is selected in the Media Library, Click the "Insert Media" button to add the image.
