Create a Craigslist Ad Using Entrata Templates

In Entrata, click "Tools"

Click "Marketing Hub"

In Craigslist Ads, click "Ad Creation"

Select this drop down to choose your property.

Choose the name of your property. For this example, we will be using "Redfield Ridge"

Click "Create Ad" on the Corporate Template: "Beautiful @bed_count @bath_count in @property_city, @property_state!"

Select which Floor Plan you will be posting. For this example, we did the "2BD-1BA".

Click "Continue"

You can delete an Floor Plans you do not want on the Craigslist Ad. We recommend at least one!

Click "Add Image" to choose more images for your post.

Select the images you would like to use and click "Continue".

Open your Craigslist account

Make sure your city is correct and click "go"

Click "housing offered"

Click "apartments / housing for rent (no shares, roommates, or sublets please!)"

Go back to Entrata, and copy the "Posting Title"

Paste in the "posting title" field.

Go back to Entrata, and copy the "City or Neighborhood"

Go back to Entrata, and copy the "Rent" amount

Click here and select "month"

Go back to Entrata, and copy the "Sq. Ft"

Enter the information for "laundry", "parking", "bedrooms", and "bathrooms"

Click "cats ok", "dogs ok" "furnished", "no smoking", "wheelchair accessible". "air conditioning", and "EV charging" if applicable

Click the "available on" field and enter the available move-in date

Go back to Entrata, and copy the "Street"

Click the "show address" field.

Paste in the "street" field.

Go back to Entrata, and click "Download Zip" to access the photos you selected for your posting

Click "continue"

Click "continue" if the location pin is correct

Click "Add Images"

You can rearrange the images into a preferred order or select "x" to delete an image

Click "done with images"

You are finished! Review your ad and make any changes if necessary, and then select "Publish" to post your Craigslist ad.
