Navigate to the Article you'd like to add or edit the photos on

Click "Images and Links" at the top of the editor

Click "Upload"

When uploading the edit screen will automatically pull up. If you are editing an existing photo select "Edit"

Select the relevant option. Please check another article with a photo if you are unsure of the correct size. It is really important to the health and appearance of your site to keep the sizing consistent.

Click "Apply"

If you are adding a full article image as well please note that the image does not have to be the same, but of course can be. Some clients have used this for staff pages with a professional photo being the "Intro Image" and a playful photo being the "Full Article Image".

Go through the same process for the "Full Article Image" — please note that the sizing may be different.

For accessibility best practices be sure always enter Alt Text or check "No Description" if purely decorative.

Select "Save & Close"
