Create a Learning Module in Blackboard

Navigate to <https://blackboard.wichita.edu> and then to your Blackboard course.

If the course if empty, select "Add Content." For information about auto generating modules please see the module about Blackboard's AI tools.

Click "Create"

If the course already has some content, navigate to the place you would like the module, hover over it until the plus sign appears, and click on it, and select "Create."

Select "Learning module"

Give your module a name, and determine whether you want it hidden from students.

To add an image to your module, select "Add Image."

From here you can upload an image from your device, choose from stock images on Unsplash, or have AI generate images for you.

Scroll down to see additional settings. Determine whether you want to force the sequence for the module. Add a module image (optional). When you are done, select "Save."
