**🎉 Congratulations, Eagle!** We’re so proud of your achievement! 1. Watch your NWACC Student Email for updates! Student Records will notify you once you’re officially awarded. 2. NWACC provides **one complimentary diploma** for your primary program of study - or for your completed program if it’s not the primary. If you were awarded multiple programs, additional diplomas must be ordered separately.

Graduation Timeline

**Before ordering your diploma, make sure your credentials are officially awarded in Workday!** **Check if you’re awarded before placing your order:** 1. Log in at <https://my.nwacc.edu> and click **Workday** on the welcome tab. 2. Click your **Profile Icon** (top right) → **View Profile**. 3. Select **Academics** from the left-side blue menu. 4. On the **Overview** page, check if any of your programs show **Complete**.

If you’ve **just graduated** and your programs in Workday do not yet show **Complete**: - Degrees are typically **awarded in Workday 4–6 weeks** after your term ends. - They usually appear on transcripts **4–6 weeks** after final grades are submitted. - Diplomas are **mailed 8–10 weeks** after the semester in which you complete your program requirements. **Watch your NWACC Student Email for updates! Student Records will notify you once you’re officially awarded.**

Parchment Account

**Go to:** <https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/32686/institution> 1. **Create a Parchment account** with a personal email you’ll always use (e.g., Gmail or iCloud). *Do not use your NWACC student email.* 2. **Already have an account?** Just log in and skip to Step 6. 3. Your **Digital Diploma** will be sent to the email linked to your Parchment account.

Complete your account information and set a secure Parchment password.

**Check your email for a confirmation code**—and be sure to look in Spam or Junk folders just in case!

**After confirming your account, enter your NWACC enrollment details to continue!** **Quick Tips:** - Recently attended NWACC? Use [this guide](https://scribehow.com/shared/How_to_find_your_NWACC_Student_ID___GgsfF3UdT2OsAoaZe1CF3g) to find your Student ID in Workday. Haven’t attended in a while? No worries—it’s optional. - Used a different name while at NWACC? Select that option and enter your previous name. Once finished, click **Complete & Register**.

Order Diploma

**Once you log in to Parchment, you’ll see two order options:** 1. Official Transcript 2. Diploma (Digital and Print) **Click the “Order” button for your Diploma.**

**To send the diploma to yourself, select “I’m sending to myself or another individual”** (purple box). **Need to send it to someone else?** Enter their address in the search box

Your Diploma will be **mailed to you** and **sent digitally via email**. **Enter the address where you want your Diploma delivered.**

Click **Continue**. You can choose Rush Delivery via FedEx if desired—Parchment partners with FedEx for this service. Track your diploma’s delivery here: <https://parchment.my.site.com/s/article/FedEx-Overnight-Expedited-delivery?language=en_US>

**Name on Diploma** (purple box) – Enter how you want your name to appear.\ **Degree Type** (blue box) – Choose your Degree Type: Associate’s or Certificate.\ **Major/Area of Study** (green box) – Enter your awarded Major/Area of Study. **⚠️ Submit a separate order for each diploma you are requesting.**

Digitally sign your request and enter your full name Agree to the terms, then click **Continue**.

**Carefully review your Order Summary!** **You’re responsible for entering your information correctly. If anything is wrong, you’ll need to place a new order.** If everything looks correct, click **Continue**.

**Enter your payment information** and click **Submit Payment**

**Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a text and email from Parchment** with a link to your diploma!

How Long Does it Take?

**How long does it take to receive your Diploma?** - **Digital Diplomas** are fastest but must be processed in both NWACC’s and Parchment’s systems before delivery. - **Postal Mailed Diplomas** take a few weeks to process and arrive. **Check your email and Parchment dashboard for updates!**
