**Navigate to** <https://nwacc.craniumcafe.com/login> **🔑 Sign in to ConexEd with your NorthWest Arkansas Community College account. Just click the button!** If you don’t have an account or it’s been over 2 years since you attended, jump to Step 4.

**You’ll be directed to Microsoft to sign in. Use your NWACC login.** 🤔 If you have trouble signing in, reach out to the NorthWest Arkansas Community College IT Help Desk: - Call: 479-986-4000, option 3 - Email: TechSupport@nwacc.edu

⚠ **If you’ve never attended NorthWest Arkansas Community College or it’s been over 2 years, create a Guest Account for ConexEd!** **✨ Current or recent students (within 2 years) MUST log in with their NorthWest Arkansas Community College account!** To create a **Guest Account**, just click on **Guest Registration**.

Click **Register Here** and follow the prompts. **📧 Don’t forget to check your email for a confirmation and click the link to activate your ConexEd guest account!**

As you browse the Directory, **take a close look at each area!** 👀 It shows which students each Advisor works with!

Financial Aid Appointments

**NorthWest Arkansas Community College has two Financial Aid Advisors!** 💰 To schedule an appointment, find their ConexEd card under Enrollment Services and click Schedule Meeting. **✅ Financial Aid Advisors help with:** - Completing the FAFSA - Financial aid documents - Questions about financial aid - Questions about Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) **❌ Financial Aid Advisors do NOT help with:** - Course recommendations - Degree completion - Transfer guidance

Scheduling Appointments

On the Advisor's ConexEd card, click **Schedule Meeting**! 🗓️

**Choose the day** you want to review by clicking on it! 📅 **Note:** You can click **Next Week** at the end of the row to check appointments for the upcoming week. Some Advisors only release appointments 2 weeks in advance.

**Select a Reason for the Meeting.** Hover over each option to see what the meeting covers!

**Choose a Meeting Location:** 📍 - **Phone Meeting:** Your Advisor will call you. - **Video Meeting:** Chat via video in ConexEd. - **Washington County:** On-campus in Springdale. - **Bentonville:** On-campus in Bentonville.

**🕒 Available Time Slots** Check out the times listed and click the one that works best for you!

**📝 Answer the Required Questions** A short survey will pop up with questions to help your Advisor prepare for your appointment!

**📞 Enter the phone number where we can reach you.** You can also choose to receive **text message** reminders! 💬

After answering the required questions, click **Schedule Appointment**! 🎉

You’ll see a blue bar that says **Scheduling Appointment**. **Hang tight!** ⏳

Your browser will show a pop-up when your appointment is scheduled. Just click **OK**! 👍

Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll be redirected to your **My Appointments** page, where you can view your appointment details! 📅✨

**🎉 YOUR ADVISING APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED! Great work, Eagle! 🦅**

Email Confirmations

**📧 Check your NorthWest Arkansas Community College email (or the email you used for your Guest account) for updates and reminders about your appointments!** The email will include: 1. 📅 **Day & Time for your Appointment** 2. 📍 **Location** 3. 📝 **Topic** 4. 🏫 **If In-Person**: Directions, Campus Maps, and Parking Instructions 5. 📞 **If Via Phone**: The number the Advisor will call you at 6. 💻 **If Via Video Call**: The link to join the video call

The email will contain a few buttons to help you with your appointment: 1. 💻 **Join Meeting** - This link will be available if it’s a Video Meeting. 2. 🔄 **Reschedule** - Use this if you need to reschedule your appointment. 3. ❌ **Cancel** - Click here if you need to cancel your appointment.

View Your Appointments

Once logged into ConexEd, click **"View Meetings"**! 👀 on the left-side menu.

Click **Office Meetings**

Here, you can review your **Upcoming Meetings**! 📅✨

Join your Video Appointment

Once logged into ConexEd, click **"View Meetings"**! 👀 on the left-side menu.

Click "**Office Meetings**"

Review your **Upcoming Meetings** and find the one you’re looking for! 🔍 Check the **Meeting Location**: If it says "ConexEd Video Meeting," it will take place through a Video Call in ConexEd! 💻

A **Meeting Link URL** will appear. You can copy and paste this link into a new window in your browser! 🔗 **NOTE**: The meeting link URL is also included in your confirmation email! 📧

Cancel Your Appointment

Once logged into ConexEd, click **"View Meetings"**! 👀 on the left-side menu.

Click "**Office Meetings**"

Click **"Cancel"** in the bottom right corner of the Appointment Card! ❌

**Enter a Reason (optional)! 📝 Then click "Yes" to confirm that you want to cancel the meeting.**

You’ll see a Cancelling... pop-up. 🚫 **Please don’t leave the page until it disappears!** The page will refresh and show your Upcoming Meetings, with that appointment now removed. 🔄

Advisor Cards

**Advisors have ConexEd Cards** with details about them and ways to connect: 1. **Online Status (Blue Box):** Shows if the advisor is Online, Away, or Offline. 2. **Message Me (Purple Box):** Send a direct message if they're available. 3. **Email & Office (Green Box):** Find their email address and office location. Check out Step 18 for more on the Message Me feature!

**Advisors have ConexEd Cards** with info and contact options: 1. **Read Bio (Orange Arrow):** View the advisor's biography. 2. **Email (Blue Arrow):** Send an email directly to the advisor. 3. **Schedule Meeting (Purple Arrow):** Book an appointment with the advisor.

Click the **Orange Email icon** to open the Send Email box. **⚠ Replies may go to your NWACC Student Email—be sure to check it!**

Chat with an Advisor

If the advisor is Online, you can start a chat! Click the **Message** button (like Knock on Door or Message Me) to launch a chat with the advisor. 💬

Keep the chat window open, or you’ll be disconnected from the advisor!
