Navigate to the MyLeave login page

Click "I've forgotten my User ID"

Click the "Email" field and add the email address associated with your User ID

Click the "ABN" field and add the ABN number of the company your User ID is associated with

Click the "Enter the code from the image" field and populate the code shown above

Click the "Submit" button. If your email and ABN number are associated with your account, you will receive an email with your User ID. If not, please contact MyLeave on (08) 9476 5400
