Your home screen will provide you an overview of: - You accrued service days with MyLeave - Amount of claimable entitlement / an option to make a claim - A link to lodge missing service enquiries - A link to your inbox for any MyLeave communications - Your contact details and an option to update those details - An annual overview of service reported for (before any caps are applied)

Under the "My Service" menu option you can: - View a detailed breakdown of your service and how that has accrued - Upload interstate service records - Lodge missing service enquiries - Generate a statement of service (via the My Service Days screen)

Under the "My Claims" menu option you can: - Make a claim - View your in-progress claims (including claim status) - View your finalised claims

Under the "My Details" menu option you can: - Update your contact / personal details - View a list of employers who have reported service for you - Authorise third parties to your account - Change your portal password

Under the "My Communication" menu option you can: - View your inbox for MyLeave correspondence - View documents uploaded by you or MyLeave relating to your transactions - View enquiries that you have submitted with MyLeave - View and update your communication preferences

Under the "My Help" menu option you can: - Submit a query with MyLeave (some options will direct you to self-help information) - Access user guides to navigate processes within this Portal - Contact us via the link

Under your name at the top right of the screen, you can: - Change your password - Sign out of the Portal
