How to add FAQs

Dealdroid

Navigate to your DealDroid dashboard

Click "Knowledge"

Click "New"

Click and add "FAQ" to the "Title" field.

Click "Content"

Paste in your FAQs

Click "Save"

You will see that the document has been added. As soon as "Waiting for embedding" tag disappear, it's fully saved.

To test, click the "Type a message..." field.

Type a question from your FAQs and hit [[enter]]

You will see that the bot can reply with the new information. Congratulation, you are done!
