District Overview

This guide helps district staff quickly interpret the Overview reports so they can monitor wellness, engagement, and usage across all their schools at a glance. It explains how to set date ranges, read key metrics (climate, students, activities, users, logins), and drill into individual schools for deeper insights. Use it to spot trends, measure participation, and prioritize support where needed.

Schoolbeat

Open the *Reports* tab to land on the **Overview** page. Here you’ll see all schools you have access to, whether you’re a district admin or support multiple school sites.

Use the **Period** filter at the top to switch between custom date ranges, like a specific week or the entire school year.

In the **Schools** column, view all schools associated with your account.

The **School Climate** metric shows the percentage of students reporting *positive* vs. *challenging* daily wellness check-ins — a quick snapshot of overall well-being trends.

The **Students** column displays how many student accounts are active, whether added via SSO (for rostered schools/districts) or manually.

The **Activities** column shows the total number of completed activities for the selected time period.

The **Users** column shows the number of individual users who logged in or took action during your selected period.

The **Logins** count shows how many times users signed in during the selected timeframe.

Click the arrow next to a school to view detailed insights and metrics for that specific school.
