Online Registration Procedures for Child Care 2026-27 -- New Families

This guide will walk you through the process of registering new families interested in the 2026-27 child care program. This would be anyone who is not currently enrolled in the 2025-26 program.

Click ***My Account***

Enter your user name and password, then click ***Login***. **PLEASE NOTE:** If you have not set up an account yet, please do so well before the 4/13 registration opening date.

If it has been awhile since you last logged into Webtrac, it may have you review all of your account information. Once you have reviewed it, please click **Save**.

Click ***Search***

Click ***Activity Search***

Click ***Activity Number*** and type in **700000-27** and hit Enter. This will bring up only the 2026-27 school year offerings.

Click on the school site waitlist(s) that you child/children will need.

Click **Add To Cart**.

You will be brought to the ***Family Member Selection*** screen. Make sure to check off the appropriate items under each child's name. Click **Continue.** *For example, you may have selected the waitlist for Wentworth and Blue Point. If each child attends a different school, only check off the appropriate site under each of their names.*

Click **Continue.**

You will now be led through questions for each child's selections. *Please note the selected child's name at the top before answering questions.* You will be asked to select the days you wish to enroll the child for AM and PM care. Highlight all that apply, or click **Select All** if you need all five days each week. Since all questions must be answered, there is also the option to state that you do not need AM or PM care, as well. You will be asked how you plan to pay for care. The two options are to pay in full for the year (which is billed in August and paid in full before September), or a monthly payment plan (which is auto-billed to your selected checking or savings account the first of every month, September through June).

You will also be asked to sign off on our Assumption of Risk and Medical Consent Form. Click **I Agree** and **Continue**. *Continue the answering process for any additional enrollments (AM and PM) or additional children.*

Once finished, you will be brought to the ***Shopping Cart***, which lays out all of your enrollments. **PLEASE NOTE:** These online enrollments incur no fees during this process -- they are simply a holding place for enrollment in care for the 2026-27 school year. **YOU MUST PROCEED TO CHECKOUT TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT!**

Click **Continue** on the final checkout page.

You will come to the final screen stating your receipt number. A confirmation receipt will be emailed directly to you. **THIS IS NOT CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR CHILD HAS A SPOT -- JUST THAT THEY ARE ON THE LIST.** This waitlist enrollment will assign you a spot in line at your child’s school site so that we may contact you should space become available. Please note that we will retain this waitlist all year long as spaces may open up as the school year progresses. Click **Logout** and you are done.

If enrollment can be completed due to a space opening, we will finalized the enrollment on our side and send you a separate email confirmation and an invoice for the **$150 per-child registration fee**. This fee must be paid separately from billing, either online, in person, or through the mail. Cash, checks, debit and credit cards are all accepted. *Please note that card payments incur an additional 2.49% surcharge.*

Those who select **Pay in Full** will be contacted sometime in August with the Pay in Full invoice. This will indicate that the balance is ready to pay online, in person, or by mail. Those who select the **Monthly Payment Plan** will be contacted sometime in August to confirm the account numbers from which payments will be withdrawn.
