Navigate to <https://arts.stanford.edu/office-of-the-vice-president-for-the-arts/roble-arts-gym/>and select "Art Making & Event Spaces"

Choose either the Studio or Music Room, then click the "Book Session" or "Book Rehearsal Space" button.

Select the desired length of your reservation. - For the music room: reservations only include instruments. Access to the vocal booth requires training before it can be used. - Need more than two hours for your rehearsal/jam session? Contact [officeofstudentproductions@stanford.edu](mailto:officeofstudentproductions@stanford.edu).

Select the start time of your reservation. You'll only see the time slots available on your requested date that can accommodate the desired duration of your reservation.

Choose one of the following options: - **Select and continue**: use if you're booking a single reservation. - **Select and add another time**: use if you're booking multiple reservations for the *same duration* and *same project*, but for different days of the week. - **Select and make recurring**: use if you're booking multiple reservations for the *same duration* and *same project* for the *same day & time each week.*

Fill in the contact info for the reservation point person. *This is the person who will receive reminders and be responsible for the group/team using the space.* - You must use your SU Email to book space in RAG. - Only First Name, Last Name, and SU Email are required. *Phone is optional*.

Provide the title of the project for which the space will be used. Examples: - <Name of Student Organization> Team Rehearsal - <Band Name> Rehearsal - Final Project for <Class Name>
