ANY3DP Workflow: Edit Generated estimates

This guide provides a walkthrough for editing generated estimates through an example on the ANY3DP platform.

To Edit Single or Kit Estimates

To Edit Single or Kit Estimates navigate to the **Estimates** section: Access **QUOTATION ENGINE > ESTIMATES > [View Estimates](https://v335.any3dp.app/en/estimates?page=1&perPage=250&sort=-identifier)**

Select the required estimate from the **Estimate List**: > Use the filtering options to narrow down the list and locate the required estimate. - Click on the **[[\[...\]]] "Actions"** dropdown menu next to the selected estimate. - From the dropdown list, click **"Edit"**. This will reopen the estimate, allowing necessary edits to be made.

Example

**E.g:** Estimate number **0009a/2024-RP** **Requested Changes:** - Update the management hourly commission rate to **30 Euros**. - Adjust the component quantity for printing to **20 units**.

**To verify Modifications:** The requested changes can be reviewed under the **Summary** section to ensure accuracy.

**To Preview the Modified Estimate:** Click on **"View Preview"** to check the preview of the final quote.

**Generate the Estimate:** Click on **"Generate Estimate"** to finalize and create the updated estimate.

> The new **version** of the estimate is saved along with the record of the older versions, and the **estimate identifier** is updated accordingly.
